He celebrated his birth-day less than a week ago. This \u2018lil champ came in weighing 7 pounds and was a lengthy 21 inches; all legs I tell ya! Carter was such a feisty little guy that it was hard to get him to stay still let alone fall asleep for those fresh out of the oven newborn looking photos.
