Melissa & Larry. Baby Shower Photo Booth. Los Angles Lifestyle Photographer.

I get excited for every kind of photo booth for so many reasons. However, I’m a bit biased when it comes to the photo booths I create. Sure vintage and class strip photo booths are great for any event, but one: there is a limited amount of space (probably only enough to fit my husband’s head), two: you get the basic blue/red or black and white background, and three: there is no personalization whatsoever. Yes, I know you are thinking the digital ones have the couples name on the bottom with a cute little design attached. Don’t get me wrong I’m totally not bashing regular photo booths. I love me some four-photo strip action going on at a wedding or fair. BUT, like I mentioned before I’m biased and I love how I can help you personalize your backdrop and props so you can fit more then three heads in a box and give your party some photo fun! Also, I think it would be pretty difficult to fit a cute little preggie mama’s tummy in a classic photo booth.

Melissa and Larry gave me creative permission to design a vintage- themed photo booth for their baby shower. Larry  and Melissa were ecstatic when they found out they were having a boy. Instantaneously Larry knew he wanted some sort of homage to his favorite team, the Dodgers. Now, how could they go wrong with that? Go Dodgers! So vintage +baseball + Dodgers = a pin stripped backdrop with a pennant that revealed their baby boy’s name to their family and friends. I brought along a vintage baseball bat, more meaningful pennants, a letter letter “A” for Andrew (not for Angels, sorry Angels fans) covered with baseballs, and a few baseball shaped whiteboards to write some personalized messages to baby Andrew and family.

Congratulations Larry and Melissa I know Andrew is going to be one awesome slugger!
The black and whites were my favorite. They reminded me of one of my all-time favorite baseball movies, A league of Their Own. I can hear Madonna singing  right now.
