Angela, Adam & Baby Ashley. Family. Pasadena Family Photographer.

I like to think of myself as a visual story teller and sort of like a digital time capsule. One that captures each family’s, couple’s, or person’s life as it is at that very moment. Angela, Adam and Baby Ashley all brought up this lovely reminder of how I want to continue portraying my photography through their own story. This cute family of three shared their gorgeous mother-daughter moments and fun father-daughter spirit. Yes, I randomly give each person I meet a little direction, but I mostly continue snapping away after capturing a pretty portrait and I try and get the real expression or look after they can’t seem to hold that smile or gaze any longer. I think it’s important to show the true beauty of how they were feeling, how beautiful they looked (a definite must), and most importantly, how they Loved. I’m passionate about photographing the images that I would like someone to take of me and my family, plus I also want to mirror my photography after my Nana’s old black and white photos that were kept so perfectly preserved in her colorful flower-power 1960’s photo albums. I adored that this lovely family  brought a vintage red tricycle that used to be Adam’s but has now been passed down to Ashley because it only reminded me of how we still hold onto the various items we grew up with. Here, I get to show you some glimpses of how this family loves and plays together. I don’t even know where to start with telling you about how stylishly-adorable Baby Ashley is…so I will just show you.

This is my favorite image because it’s full of light and a beautiful relationship between mother and daughter (I can’t wait for this). He plays with her like only a daddy can. Here is how mommies’ play.…through kisses, hugs, and snuggles
Here is the little four-whell bike…darling, just darling.
